He talked about how the company goes about deciding the price points for its various high price, high value financial products. “In the cost benefit analysis we do, we look at the type of proprietary information we provide and we look at the benefit the end user can get. For example, we priced our StreetView product at $30,000 annually. But think about how a hedge fund or a large buy-side money manager consumes that information: If they get an investable idea from the StreetView, they will make that money back in a minute.”
