As part of eBay’s 1Q earnings report (Nasdaq: EBAY), its internet calling unit Skype posted total revenue of $79 million, a 123 percent increase over the $35 million in 1Q06. In Q406, Skype’s revenue came in at $66 million, which means that 1Q revenue rose 20 percent.
