SaaS has been getting a lot of attention lately, although more from the ISV perspective than from the consumer perspective. IDC predicts SaaS spending will outpace traditional spending significantly through 2014, which might explain why so many ISVs are making the move to SaaS, and why so many analysts are giving advice on how to make this move successfully.
