Industry Moves: Myxer; Zoove; Qualcomm; Millennial Media

Myxer: Mike Carson has been appointed chief marketing officer. He most recently served as VP of marketing with FTD.COM Flowers and Gifts.

Zoove: Former CBSI head Joseph Gillespie has signed on as president and CEO for Zoove, the company that created StarStar abbreviated dial codes for mobile devices. He most recently headed up and the sites as EVP of CBS (NYSE: CBS) Interactive.

Qualcomm: Steve Mollenkopf has been promoted to EVP and group president and will continue to report to Chairman and CEO Paul Jacobs. Mollenkopf joined the company in 1994 as an engineer and joined the Qualcomm (NSDQ: QCOM) CDMA Technologies (QCT) team in 1999.

Millennial Media: Industry vets Matt Gillis and Eric Hastings have joined as SVP of business development and SVP of engineering, respectively. Most recently, Gillis led the sale of games publisher Cosmic Infinity to Capcom, and served as EVP of publishing. Hastings comes from, where he led the tech department.
