Cloud-based synchronization services that let users access their content (music, files, video) from any device hooked up to the service, are two-a-penny if the news out of CES this week is our guide. EMC’s Iomega group has been pushing the idea of a ‘personal cloud’ service for a while now. PC giants Acer and Lenovo joined the fray this week. Apple iCloud is probably the most talked about synchronization service although the company is staying quiet on how many users have signed up for it.
