Update: Apple slowly bringing developer services back online

See below for update.
Apple’s(s AAPL) developer center was taken offline for security reasons a week ago today, and it’s mostly still inaccessible. The company is now working to bring it back online — though it’s slow going.
On Thursday morning, out of the 15 services used by developers, Apple showed on its new systems status dashboard that two of them are now functional, iTunes Connect and Bug Reporter:
Dev Center update 2013
But the main services developers need to test and get their iOS and Mac apps ready for submission are still offline.
Apple emailed developers late Wednesday telling them of its plan to bring its developer services back in stages: “We’ve been working around the clock to overhaul our developer systems, update our server software, and rebuild our entire database.”
Here’s the company’s planned staged rollout to bring everything back online:

We plan to roll out our updated systems, starting with Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, Apple Developer Forums, Bug Reporter, pre-release developer libraries, and videos first. Next, we will restore software downloads, so that the latest betas of iOS 7, Xcode 5, and OS X Mavericks will once again be available to program members. We’ll then bring the remaining systems online.

The developer center went offline a week ago, but it wasn’t until Sunday that Apple explained what was going on: it took the site offline after an “intruder” had accessed the personal information of some registered developers.
On Monday, a security researcher came forward and said he had reported a security bug to Apple and showed the company how he was able to download some personal information of some users, but Apple has not confirmed that the researcher was indeed the reason the site was taken offline.
Update, 7/26 5:30 p.m. PT: More services are coming back online. The current systems status dashboard shows the iOS, Mac and Safari Dev Centers are working and accessible again, along with Software Downloads and Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles. There are eight more services that still remain offline, however.
