Just a day after leaked documents tipped it, HP(s hpq) and Google(s goog) launched the HP Chromebook 11. We discuss the new laptop’s hardware and explain how you can nominate someone to receive one. Web apps become “first class citizens” in the latest Chrome Beta for Android and we take another look at that Chrome OS experience that Google built into the Dev channel for Windows.
