How is mobile ops different? The omnipresence and proliferation of mobile means that there are more mobile app users, which also means more operational stress on management systems.

Because of first-mover advantages, mobile is all about fast TTM and quick iteration. Mobile release cycles are usually measured in weeks.
4. Mobile equals full visibility.
Mobile teams, including operations, need to get used to seeing real-user impressions.
5. Mobile customer expectation is different.
Mobile has redefined user interaction, such as UI’s, gestures and instant access to data, and there is a real impact of not delivering on these expectations. Users will leave for the competition or stop using the app altogether.
