A Samsung surprise: No more Chromebooks (or other laptops) in Europe

How tough is the PC market right now? So bad that some hardware makers are abandoning it in certain regions of the world. Samsung is one of those, saying this week that it was ceasing laptop sales in Europe “for now.” That doesn’t just mean expensive, high-end notebooks but Chromebooks too, which surprising as Samsung has long been a leader in overall Chromebook sales.
