Today might not be the best day to buy a new Chromebook or Chromebox. Why? Because the next chip-cycle from Intel started last week with one new Chromebook already announced and several others reportedly in the works. That means you can expect model refreshes in the near future and current prices to drop on existing Chrome OS computers as inventory is cleared out. A Chromecast might make a good purchase now though: There are more apps and accessories on the scene.
