ITV rejiggers online: Pembrooke out, more redundancies

With its pay-for on-demand TV player nearing release and its YouView era about to begin, UK commercial broadcast leader ITV is restructuring its online division, with a change in leadership and job likely losses.

Industry Moves: SocialVibe; eBay; AdColony; Ingram Content; MXM

SocialVibe: John Capano joins as CMO, Brett Lofgren as CRO and Bob Lonigro as VP of sales. Capano will work out of the Los Angeles headquarters, while Lofgren and Lonigro will be based in New York. Most recently, Capano advised clients on digital and social strategy as SVP of digital stategy at Wunderman. Lofgren joins from Epic Media Group where he was also CRO. Lonigro previously was VP of media sales at social gaming company Blue Noodle.
eBay: Vladimir Dolgov, a former Google manager and once CEO of Russian online retailer Ozon, will lead eBay’ss Russian market.
AdColony: Former Apple and Plasmaworks executives join the team: Mike Owen is now CRO, Ty Heath is CTO and Abe Pralle is VP of technology. Owen previously led national brand sales for Apple’s iAd division. Heath and Pralle both played founding partner roles at Plasmaworks.
Ingram Content Group: Shawn Morin has been promoted to COO, reporting to John R. Ingram, chairman and CEO. Having joined the company in 2009, Morin had been serving as chief information officer. Prior to this, he was CIO and VP of information technology at Bass Pro Shops.
Meredith Xcelerated Marketing: Georgine Anton has rejoined the Meredith Corp-owned marketing agency as SVP and chief client officer, reporting to David Brown, EVP, MXM. She comes from Atlantic Media Co. where she was SVP.
